 On May 24, 2022, Salvador Rolando Ramos and his 66-year-old grandmother had an argument over a phone bill at their home in Uvalde, during which he shot her in the forehead before taking her Ford pickup truck. The grandmother passed away from a long string of shattered teeth and abscessed eye sockets.  At the time of the incident, Ramos was the worst criminal in the United States.  One year later, a class-action suit was filed charging local police and tax collectors in this case with negligence.  Ramos died on November 15, 2023.  Nearly 12 years later, he was linked to another part of the case by a federal grand jury.  This time it was established that Ramos had sexually abused 20-year-old Olivia Conte.  Twenty years have passed and Ramos has been remanded to a federal prison.  When he is released, Ramos' office will remove the bronze plaque from his window and replace it with a new plaque.  This new plaque will read: Salvador "Sal" Ramos, Senior Pedophile, Senior Pedophile Base Commander, Pedophile Grand Jury, Pedophile Court.  The location of Ramos' operations will be revealed in reverse alphabetical order and can only be changed by a United States District Judge.
